This month's bar luncheon will take place on May 29 at noon in the Hotel Saint Michael's ballroom.

Jack Fields will be presenting a CLE entitled "An Overview of Title 36 Mental Health Proceedings." Jack is the longtime Chief Civil Deputy at the Yavapai County Attorney's Office, is admitted to practice in several states, and has practiced law for over twenty five years. Jack's presentation should be of interest to any attorney who may have a client or a family member in need of mental health services under Title 36. This CLE will qualify for one hour of CLE credit.

Finally, the Chino Valley Municipal Court will be awarding an Indigent Legal Services contract for fiscal year 2013-2014. The Court will be happy to send you a copy of the contract which begins on July 1, 2013. If you submit a resume prior to June 6, 2013, a mutually agreeable time will be set for your interview.
