February 2013 Newsletter

This month's bar luncheon will take place on February 27 at noon in the Hotel Saint Michael's ballroom. Kathy McCormick, the ADR Program Manager for the Yavapai County Superior Court will be presenting a CLE entitled, "Everything You Wanted to Know About Court ADR." This CLE will qualify for one hour of CLE credit, including one hour of ethics.

If you haven't submitted your 2013·dues, please be sure to send them in. Dues are $125.00. You can bring them to the lunch, or mail them to: Yavapai County Bar Association, P.O. Box 11679, Prescott, AZ 86304.  If you are a new member please submit a new member application form. Renewing members, if any of your contact or practice area information on the Yavapai County Bar website has changed, please send in a renewal application.  These applications are located at www.yavbar.org under the
membership link near the top of the webpage.
