This month's bar luncheon and CLE will take place at noon on Wednesday, August 28th in the Hotel St. Michael's ballroom. The CLE presentation is entitled, "The Arizona Justice Project and the Bill Macumber Story." Mr. Macumber spent nearly forty years in prison for a double homicide that he claimed he did not commit. Following questions of whether he committed the crimes, the Arizona Justice Project became involved, and Mr. Macumber was eventually released from prison after pleading no contest to the murders and being resentenced to time served. Attorneys Katie Puzauskas, Lindsay Herf, and Andrew Hacker from the Arizona Justice Project will present the CLE, which will qualify for 1.0 hour of regular CLE credit.

The lunch menu options are a Chicken Cesar Salad or a Cobb Salad. Please RSVP by noon on Thursday, August 22nd.
